BUXMONT CROSSFIT
Here at BuxMont, we celebrate the COMMUNITY that Crossfit inspires. We are a diverse group of individuals who support and encourage one another to meet our individual fitness goals. We have members of all different ages and fitness levels-- from the elite competitive athlete, to the average person just trying to get (or stay!) in shape.
WOrkOut Sessions
Each CrossFit class is ONE HOUR long. A typical class includes a warm-up, a strength or skill portion, and a WOD (Workout Of the Day). Every single day will be different, but most classes will follow this basicoutline. One of the coolest things about CrossFit is not knowing what to expect until you get to the box… the WOD will be on the whiteboard when you arrive, and we will all complete whatever the assignment is for that day! We will each do it at our own individual level, but doing it together is what makes it so fun!!
